Privacy Policy
DRAFT: this policy is a working draft pending owner and legal review. Bracketed items are placeholders.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us") handles information when you use hypervisor.gg and the Hypervisor trading interface (the "Interface"). Hypervisor is non-custodial: we never receive your private keys or seed phrase and never hold your funds.
2. What we collect
- Usage analytics. When you load a page we record the path, the referring page, your browser's user agent, an approximate location (country, region, city) derived from your IP address, a truncated IP address (/24 for IPv4, /48 for IPv6) and a one-way hash of your IP address that is re-salted every day, so visits cannot be linked across days. We do not store your full IP address in analytics.
- Error and order-outcome counts. The Interface reports aggregate counters (for example "an error occurred" or "an order was rejected") using fixed labels only. No message, stack trace, URL, wallet address, size or price is sent.
- Wallet session. If you sign in with your wallet, we keep your public wallet address in a session cookie so the Interface can serve features tied to it.
- Server logs. Our servers and hosting providers keep standard technical logs for security and operations. [LOG RETENTION — OWNER TO SPECIFY.]
3. What stays in your browser
Your settings, layouts and, if you create one, an agent (API) wallet key are stored in your browser's local storage. We do not receive the agent key. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
4. Public blockchain data
Orders and transactions you sign are published on public blockchains (Hyperliquid L1, HyperEVM) and are visible to anyone. The Interface displays such public data, including wallet addresses and their activity. We cannot delete data from a blockchain.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the Interface does not send pageview analytics and the server does not record them.
6. How we use information
To operate, secure and improve the Interface, to understand aggregate usage and to diagnose errors. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
7. Third parties
Your browser talks directly to the networks and data providers the Interface uses (for example the Hyperliquid API, HyperEVM RPC endpoints and market-data providers). Those providers receive your IP address and requests under their own privacy policies. [HOSTING AND OTHER PROCESSORS — OWNER TO LIST.]
8. Retention
Analytics records are deleted after 90 days by default. [OTHER RETENTION PERIODS — OWNER TO SPECIFY.]
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. [JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC RIGHTS (e.g. GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA) — COUNSEL TO SPECIFY.] To make a request, contact us below.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
